EICS Bulletin - 20 Feb 2006 - EICS Access Interrupted

We are experiencing problems with the PKI Certificate Authority, and access to EICS is interrupted. We are awaiting word from Secure Access Key Management Service (SAKMS) at the Pubic Works Department (PWGSC), and cannot yet give an ETA for return to service.

Please do not attempt to log on until further notice.
