2003 Export Licenses for Bilateral Restrained Clothing and Textiles

The following message is from Sandy Moroz, Director, Trade Controls Policy Division.

Members are reminded that textiles and clothing under bilateral restraint with quota year 2003 export licences must be shipped on board the carrier in the country of origin no later than December 31, 2003.

The on board date, rather than the shipping date, should be used in the date of shipment field of the applications for import permit.
