2019 CSCB Atlantic Regional Seminar – Registration Now Open!

September 10, 2019

We’re pleased to invite you to the 2019 CSCB Atlantic Regional Seminar on the morning of October 3, 2019!

For the first time ever, we will be offering a seminar with 2 unique participation options:

  1. Join with other attendees to view the online seminar together in St. John's, NL; Dartmouth, NS; Fredericton, NB, or
  2. Participate virtually from any location!

We consider this virtual event a pilot to evaluate this medium for future, country-wide events. As such, there is no fee to attend in-person or online, and registration is open to employees of member firms, preferred business clients, and CCS and CTCS designates residing in the Atlantic Region only.

During this seminar, you will hear from the local and regional CBSA representatives on Trade and Operations specific to their locations, i.e. Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick.

From Ottawa, Carol West and Michelle Criger will bring you up to date on the CSCB national and international activities.

And then we’ll deep dive into CARM, where Janice McBride and Melanie Bedard will present the CBSA-proposed solutions on financial security, billing cycles, offsetting and payment allocation, accounting, and solicit your opinions and concerns.

Don’t miss this great opportunity to hear about the government initiatives in your region and nationally!

Register today!

NOTE: Participation qualifies for 5 CCS points/CTCS credits.
