AAFC Planned System Outage

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve service to our clients, please be advised that AAFC will be performing preventative maintenance that will affect access to the Internet, corporate applications and remote services on November 20th and 21st. Consequently, the following services will not be available to you during the following periods:

Saturday November 20, 2010 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Eastern time)

- SAP & Saturn Services (Including Enterprise)

Sunday November 21st, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Eastern time)

- Incoming and outgoing email including BlackBerry, (PIN to PIN will be functional);

- VPN services;

- External access to CFIA Web content (including: CFIA's internet Web site, Food Recalls, AIRS Web);

- Internet access for internal users;
