In an effort to provide the most up to date import requirements for commodities affected by the Avian Influenza outbreak, changes to the Automated Import Reference System (AIRS) requirements for HS chapters; 01, 02, 04, 05, 23 and 31 will be made and published to production on a 24/7 basis while the outbreak is active.
 
The communication of all AIRS changes will be distributed in the same fashion as routine AIRS updates, and will include the same level of information.
