B2 Status Contact Information

CBSA in the GTA has provided additional information regarding the process to be used when checking on the status of a B2 claim.

The following is a letter from CBSA to CSCB.

Further to our meeting held on September 3, 2009, please allow me to provide information regarding the process to be used when requesting information pertaining to the status of a B2 claim.

Up to 10 transactions can be listed and submitted to the CBSA GTA Region by fax to the office where the B2s were submitted. Requests will only be accepted beyond 60 days of the receipt of the B2.

*note that requests regarding claims processed for Scarborough and the Prairie Region can be sent here.

Alternatively, requests regarding B2s directed to the Scarborough office and the Prairie Region can be made via email. Up to 10 transactions can be submitted via email at the following address:
