CADEX Systems Problems Resolved

This note confirms that the CADEX problems experienced on 7 July 2004 concerning a lengthy period of very slow processing have been resolved. For those transactions due yesterday and accounted for today, for which a penalty is incurred, the penalty will be waived by the CBSA without the need for members to file an application.
