Members will be pleased to know that the list of HS codes, subject to NRCan requirements, is now available in Excel format.

Given that this list was not available before today, the CSCB is interested in hearing from members who may be aware of penalties assessed due to an incorrect service option being selected for items on this list that were not previously regulated by NRCan.

Please note that there will be changes to the list of HS codes subject to Natural Resources Canada requirements. These changes will be effective in the ACROSS system on Monday, March 19, 2012, and the CBSA website will be updated accordingly. Please see attachment.
