CBSA Message (TCC016-116) - Delays in Processing some EDI and Portal Messages - Resolved

The system issue reported below has now been resolved.  All systems are functioning normally.  

Clients AffectedAll clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI. 

We are experiencing delays in processing some EDI and portal messages. There is a backlog in processing data.

We are working to resolve this problem and will update our hotline as soon as more information is available. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
