Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI and/or eManifest Portal

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) of the Canada Border Services Agency will be closed on the statutory holiday of Wednesday, July 1, 2015.  For urgent client service outside business hours and statutory holiday, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer.  Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the TCCU’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/outside-exterieur-eng.html.

For accounting purposes:
B3 entries processed and accepted July 1, 2015 will appear on the daily K84 notice generated at the end of the day on Thursday, July 2, 2015. The exchange rates from Tuesday, June 30, 2015 to Thursday, July 2, 2015 (inclusive) will remain unchanged.  Wednesday, July 1, 2015 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.
