Clients Affected: All Air and Marine carriers who use EDI to transmit their data

The CBSA has identified a system issue and is taking steps to address it through a workaround as an interim measure and a system fix as a resolution.

This should not affect your operations. However if you encounter a situation where you have received a CBSA Risk Assessment Notice (i.e. “Do not load”) for reasons of a missing ACI supplementary report, but you have received confirmation of electronic House Bill Submission, please contact the Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) for assistance at 1-888-957-7224 (Option 1 for EDI Transactions).
