CBSA Message (TCC17-187) TCCU Web Pages : Outages

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) is pleased to announce the unveiling of the new and improved TCCU web pages. The TCCU web pages now provide clients with an intuitive and fresher look while allowing for user friendly navigation to help clients find information about EDI and Portal faster and more easily.  

In response to client feedback stating that CBSA’s system outages contingency plans were difficult to find, all documents that can prove helpful in an outage situation have been located under the “Outages” tab of the TCCU’s main page. http://cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/menu-eng.html

We recognize that if an unplanned outage strikes, timely access to this information is critical. We hope this new configuration will offer the right information at the right time in the most intuitive place possible.
