CBSA Message (TCC18-131) - TCCU Client Survey (revised)

Clients Affected: All clients who transmit data electronically and/or using the eManifest portal.

Until November 19, the TCCU will be posting a client survey on the TCCU pages of the CBSA. This is the second annual survey issued by the Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU). Last year allowed us to establish a baseline and evaluate the effectiveness of our support services. The results from the following survey will build on what we learned last year and ensure that we are on the right track in providing quality service to our valued clients.

This survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and is anonymous, voluntary and confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act.
