CBSA Message (TCC18-165) – CCS / CADEX Outage in Processing – Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Clients Affected: All importers and brokers who submit their B3s and AO notification of release queries using the CCS/CADEX system.

We are currently experiencing an outage in processing B3s and AO notification of release queries.

We are working to resolve this problem and will update this message as soon as more information is available. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
