CBSA Message (TCC18-170) - Integrated Import Declaration (IID) and Document Image Functionality (DIF) Outage

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using the Integrated Import Declaration (IID) and Document Image Functionality (DIF)

We are currently experiencing an outage for clients that submit the Integrated Import Declaration (IID) and Document Image Functionality (DIF). CBSA is not able to process or share decisions and LPCO images with the Participating Government Agencies (PGA) or receive decisions and LPCO images from the PGA. In addition, CBSA cannot process any requests that are related to any new IID’s.

Please note, the CBSA is able to process all other release service options.

We are working to resolve this problem and will update this message as soon as more information is available. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.

Action Required: Please be prepared to resume transmission once the system is available. For urgent transactions, please proceed with paper release request.
