A) Chapter 05 was published to add a registration type to the following HS codes originating from all countries except the United States.

05.11.99.1298.02 - Laboratory or tissue samples, fresh, frozen or fixed. - Bovine (cattle).
05.11.99.1298.03 - Caprine (goat).
05.11.99.1298.05 - Ovine (sheep).
05.11.99.1299.03 - Cell lines. - Ruminant.
05.11.99.1301.02 - Animal urine, other than used in the preparation of pharmaceutical products, including baits and lures; other animal body fluids not elsewhere specified or included. - Bovine (cattle).
05.11.99.1301.03 - Caprine (goat).
05.11.99.1301.06 - Ovine (sheep).

B) Chapter 06 was published to:

i) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes originating from all countries except China, Hong Kong and Continental United States. NO VERSION CHANGE.

06.02.10.0016.03 - Unrooted plants (Cannabis sativa).
06.02.90.0030.09 - Plants with roots (Cannabis sativa).

ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes originating from all countries except Continental United States. NO VERSION CHANGE.

06.04.90.0047 - Foliage: branches>1.5 cm in diameter: dried.
06.04.90.0048.03 - Foliage, branches - dried - dyed, bleached or other - Pine (Pinus spp.).
06.04.90.0048.13 - Foliage, branches - dried - dyed, bleached or other - Hemlock (Tsuga spp.).
06.04.90.0048.18 - Foliage, branches - dried - dyed, bleached or other - Yeddo spruce (Picea jeozensis).
06.04.90.0048.19 - Foliage, branches - dried - dyed, bleached or other - Tiger-tail spruce (Picea polita).

C) Chapter 08 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA – NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes originating from Spain.

08.09.21.4034 - Sour cherries (includes Montmonrency cherry) (fresh).
08.09.29.4033 - Chokecherries (fresh).
08.09.29.4034 - Sweet cherries (includes French cherry) (fresh).
08.09.29.4099 - Other cherry species (fresh).

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

08.09.10.4020 - Apricots (fresh).
08.09.10.4021 - Aprium (hybrid of prunus spp.).
08.09.30.4005 - Peach (fresh). (Prunus domestica)
08.09.30.4006 - Nectarine (fresh). (Prunus persica)
08.09.30.4007 - Peacotum (hybrid of prunus spp.).
08.09.40.4007 - Plums (fresh). (Prunus spp.)
08.09.40.4008 - Sloes (fresh). (Prunus spinosa)
08.09.40.4009 - Pluot (hybrid of prunus spp.).
08.09.40.4010 - Plucot (hybrid of prunus spp.).

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA – NISC” to Approved” for the following HS codes originating from Algeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Morocco, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Georgia, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Republic of Moldovia, Montenegro, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Russian Federation, Slovenia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, Argentina, Chile.
