Chapter 6 was published to:
 
i) add the following OGD extensions.
 
06.02.90.0100.00 - Other propagative material – In vitro plants in agar or liquid media (further to 06.02.90.0026)
06.02.90.0100.01 - Cherry – In vitro plants (Prunus avium)
06.02.90.0100.02 - Cherry – In vitro plants (Prunus cesarum)
 
ii) change the release recommendation from "Refuse entry" to "Refer to CFIA-NISC" for the following HS codes imported with the miscellaneous code "without soil, related matter or growing media", originating from Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and United Kingdom.
 
06.02.10.0009.74 - Cherry - Unrooted plants (Prunus avium)
06.02.10.0009.75 - Cherry - Unrooted plants (Prunus cerasus)
06.02.20.0017.74 - Cherry - rooted plants (Prunus avium)
06.02.20.0017.75 - Cherry - rooted plants (Prunus cerasus)
06.02.20.0019.18 - Cherry - True seedlings (Prunus avium)
06.02.20.0019.19 - Cherry - True seedlings (Prunus cerasus)
 
This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes originating from Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands and United Kingdom.
 
06.02.10.0009.08 - Cherry : PPV Non-Susceptible Species - Unrooted plants. (Other non-susceptible Prunus spp.)
06.02.20.0017.24 - Cherry : PPV Non-Susceptible Species - rooted plants (Other non-susceptible Prunus spp.)
06.02.20.0019.09 - Cherry : PPV Non-Susceptible Species - True seedlings (Other non-susceptible Prunus spp.)
