i) streamline the import conditions for the following HS codes.
 
44.06.10.0140 - Railway or tramway sleepers, forestry products (not manufactured) not impregnated.
44.06.90.0139 - Railway or tramway sleepers, forestry products (not manufactured) - impregnated with a preservative
 
ii) add the following OGD extensions.
 
44.06.10.0140.28 - Yeddo spruce - railway or tramway sleepers not impregnated (Picea jezoensis)
44.06.10.0140.29 - Tiger-tail spruce - railway or tramway sleepers not impregnated (Picea polita)
 
iii) modify the description of the following HS code.
 
44.06.10.0140.04 - Other spruce - railway or tramway sleepers not impregnated (Other Picea spp.)
 
iv) add the end use "Other end uses - imported with bark" to the following HS code.
 
44.06.10.0140 - Railway or tramway sleepers, forestry products (not manufactured) not impregnated.
 
v) change the release recommendation from "Approved" to "Refer to CFIA-NISC" for the following HS code with the end use "Other end uses - imported without bark" originating from the continental United States.
 
44.06.10.0140.06 - Larch - railway or tramway sleepers not impregnated  (Larix spp., Pseudolarix spp.)
 
vi) change the release recommendation from "Approved" to "Refer to CFIA-NISC" for the following HS codes with the end use "Other end uses - imported without bark" originating from the states of California and Oregon.
