Chapter 23 was published to add a registration type to the following HS codes originating from Europe, Thailand, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.

23.09.10.1565.02 - Bovine (cattle) ingredients excluding products containing solely dairy products
23.09.10.1565.03 - Caprine (goat) ingredients
23.09.10.1565.04 - Equine (horse) ingredients
23.09.10.1565.05 - Ovine (sheep) ingredients
23.09.10.1565.06 - Porcine (swine) ingredients
23.09.10.1565.08 - Fish or crustaceans ingredients
23.09.10.1565.09 - Containing milk and milk derivative ingredients
23.09.10.1565.10 - Containing only eggs or egg ingredients
23.09.10.1565.99 - Other animal ingredients
