A) Chapter 03 was published to add the miscellaneous codes "Consignment requires certification", "Consignment destined to an approved facility by the Office of Biohazard Containment and Safety" and "Consignment destined to a CFIA approved quarantine unit" to the following HS codes originating from all countries.

B) Chapter 10 was published to change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA - NISC" to "Refuse Entry" for the following HS codes originating from Romania

10.01 - Wheat and meslin
10.03 - Barley

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes originating from all countries except the United States.

10.02 - Rye.

10.04.10 - Oats: Seed.
10.04.90.0098 - Cereal - Oat - grain.

10.06.20 - Husked (brown) rice.
10.06.30 - Semi-milled or wholly milled rice, whether or not polished or glazed.
10.06.40 - Broken rice.
10.07 - Grain sorghum.
10.08.10 - Buckwheat. (Fagopyrum spp.)
10.08.21 - Millet: Seed.
10.08.29.0106 - Cereal - Millet - grain.
10.08.30 - Canary seeds.
10.08.40 - Fonio (Digitaria spp.).
10.08.50.0090 - Cereal - Quinoa - grain.
10.08.60 - Triticale.
10.08.90.0088 - Cereal - Job's tears - grain. (Coix lacryma-jobi)
10.08.90.0108 - Other cereal - grain.
