A) Chapter 01 was published to add the end use “In transit through Canada” to the following HS codes originating from all countries except the United States.

01.01.21.2001.01 - Mares over 2 years old.
01.01.21.2001.03 - Foals less than 2 years old.

This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes.

01.01.21.2001.02 - Stallions over 2 years old.
01.01.29.2002 - Horses: Other.
01.01.30.2004 - Asses: Purebred breeding animals (includes donkeys and burros).
01.01.90 - Other.

B) Chapter 17 was published to add the end use “Canadian Goods Returning” to the following HS code.

17.04.90.7132 - Almond paste and butter.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

17.01.12 - Beet sugar.
17.01.13 - Cane sugar specified in Subheading Note 2 to this Chapter.
17.01.14 - Other cane sugar.
17.01.91 - Other: Containing added flavouring or colouring matter.
17.01.99 - Other: Other.
17.02.20 - Maple sugar and maple syrup.
17.02.30 - Glucose and glucose syrup, not containing fructose or containing in the dry state less than 20% by weight of fructose.
17.02.40 - Glucose and glucose syrup, containing in the dry state at least 20% but less than 50% by weight of fructose, excluding invert sugar.
17.02.50 - Chemically pure fructose.
17.02.60 - Other fructose and fructose syrup, containing in the dry state more than 50% by weight of fructose, excluding invert sugar.
17.02.90.7255 - Invert sugar.
17.02.90.7256 - Other.
17.03.10 - Cane molasses.
17.03.90 - Other.
17.04.10 - Chewing gum, whether or not sugar-coated.
17.04.90.7120 - White chocolate.
17.04.90.7121 - Confectionery made with chocolate substitutes.
17.04.90.7150 - Candy-coated nuts and peanuts.
17.04.90.7155 - Halva (Halwa).
17.04.90.9999 - Other sugar confectionary, not containing cocoa.
