i) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes. NO VERSION CHANGE.

01.06.14 - Rabbits and hares
01.06.19.2083.01 - Commercial dogs - eight months of age or older.

ii) add the end use "Performance" to the following HS codes.

01.06.19.2083.02 - Commercial dogs – less than eight months of age
