Chapter 10 was published to;
 
i) replace the end uses "In Transit through Canada to a third country" with "In Transit through Canada " for the following HS codes originating from the United States.
 
10.01 - Wheat and meslin
10.02 - Rye
10.03 - Barley
10.04 - Oats
10.05 - Maize (corn)
10.06 - Rice
10.07 - Grain sorghum
10.08 - Buckwheat, millet and canary seed; other cereals.
 
ii) add the miscellaneous code "From non-infested counties" to the following HS codes with the end uses; "Cleaning (for)", "Further processing", "Human consumption" and "Livestock feed" originating from the United States.
 
10.01.19.0082 - Cereal - Durum wheat - grain
10.01.99.0099 - Cereal - Other wheat - grain
10.02.90.0096 - Cereal - Rye  - grain
10.03.90.0100 - Cereal - Barley - grain

iii) add the new miscellaneous code; "Small "lots" / From non-infested counties" to the following HS codes with the end uses; "Cleaning (for)", "Further processing", "Human consumption" and "Livestock feed" originating from the states of Montana and North Dakota.

10.01.99.0099 - Cereal - Other wheat - grain
10.02.90.0096 - Cereal - Rye  - grain

iv) add the new miscellaneous codes; "Other than small "lots" / Non-authorized importer/From non-infested counties" and  "Other than small "lots"/ Authorized importer/From non-infested counties" to the following HS codes with the end uses; "Cleaning (for)", "Further processing", "Human consumption" and "Livestock feed" originating from the states of Montana and North Dakota.

v) remove the miscellaneous code "Other" from the following HS codes with the end use "Livestock feed" originating from the United States.
