The following message is from the National Import Operations Division of the CFIA.

Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) - Automated Import Reference System (AIRS) is experiencing problems.

At the moment, we are unable to predict when service will be restored, however, we will communicate this information when it becomes available.

You may call one of the Import Service Centre (ISC) if you require assistance on Import Requirement (OGD extensions).
