CFIA Meat Hygiene Manual Updates (USA)

Please be advised that Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures (MHMP), United States – Section 11.7.3 has been updated.

Annexes A and A-1 to A-11 have been added.

Annexes C, D, H, I, J, L, N, P, T and W-1 have been updated.

Annexes L-2, L-5 and L-7 have been removed.
