Chapter 05 was published to change the release recommendation to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes with end use “Breeding” and "Other end uses" originating from Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

05.11.99.1292.15 – Animal semen (other than bovine) – fresh; Porcine (pig)
05.11.99.1293.15 – Animal semen (other than bovine) – frozen; Porcine (pig)

This created a requirement version change for the same HS codes originating from France.
