Chapter 05 was published to:

i) add the following OGD extensions.

05.11.99.1294.20 - Prairie dogs (Cynomys sp.), African giant pouched rats (Cricetomys gambianus) and squirrels of the family Sciuridae.
05.11.99.1295.20 - Prairie dogs (Cynomys sp.), African giant pouched rats (Cricetomys gambianus) and squirrels of the family Sciuridae.
05.11.99.1296.20 - Prairie dogs (Cynomys sp.), African giant pouched rats (Cricetomys gambianus) and squirrels of the family Sciuridae.

ii) change the release recommendation from “Not regulated by CFIA” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes originating from Africa.

05.11.99.1294.19 - Rodents (excluding prairie dogs (Cynomys sp.), African giant pouched rats (Cricetomys gambianus) and squirrels of the family Sciuridae).
