The following message is from DFAIT to all online brokers.

This message is to inform Brokers that the Textiles and Clothing Division has extended the closing date for New Entrants to apply for non-wool apparel quota from May 31, 2002 to July 31, 2002.

All requests must be forwarded to the Department directly from the company. Information on the New Entrants policy can be found in Notice to Importers No. 123, dated December 10, 1999. Questions pertaining to New Entrants should be directed to Karen Alford or Chris Brock at (613) 996-3711
