CN 17-16, Highway Sufferance Warehouse Closure (Burnaby, BC)

1. The purpose of this notice is to advise that:
    (a) effective May 12, 2017 the company located at 7867 Express Street, Burnaby, BC has surrendered their “BW” type highway sufferance warehouse licence.
    (b) the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port.

2. As such, effective May 12th all bonded highway carriers transporting commercial freight for clearance at Burnaby, BC, port of entry will have to declare at another highway sufferance warehouse.
