CN Message: Genset Centralization Launch

Members are advised that CN's previously announced (July 27th 2007) West Coast Genset Centralization Service will commence the week of 26 November 2007. This service will be phased-in starting with Exports moving to Vancouver during that week. The Import service will coincide with the first Export arrivals, which will mean the week of December 3rd. It is anticipated that reefers arriving on vessels December 1st and 2nd will be moving on the new centralized service from CN's Vancouver Intermodal Terminal (VIT).

For any information regarding the Import and Export allocations that were previously communicated, please contact [email protected]. As well, please direct any questions you may have regarding the startup to this group.
