Continuing EICS Communication Problems

The following message is from the EICB.

The communication problem between DFAIT and CBSA is NOT resolved after all. Since Friday morning, no permits have been processed. CBSA cannot receive transmitted permits, but they are being queued for processing.

As the source of the problem lies outside the EICS domain, we are unable advise further at the moment.
