CP Message: Port of Montreal Tariff Increase

The following message is from Claudio Minello, General Manager, International
Canadian Pacific.

Please be advised that effective January 1, 2009, Canadian Pacific will be increasing the rail car switching fee applied on all International traffic being interchanged at the Port of Montreal.

Please see the applicable changes below:

20 foot, Canadian, $18.00
20 foot, U.S., $18.00
40 foot, Canadian, $36.00
40 foot, U.S., $36.00
