CPR Calgary Customer Service Centre - Christmas and New Years Holiday Schedule

CPR's Calgary Customer Service Centre hours over the Christmas and New Years Holidays will be as follows:

a.. Closed December 25th and 26th - We will have our normal after hours 7/24 desk coverage in place commencing at 12:00 noon Calgary time on the 26th.

b.. Closed January 1st and 2nd - We will have our normal after hours 7/24 desk coverage throughout the New Years period.

c.. The exception to the above is our Bulk commodity groups of Grain, Fertilizers and Coal/Sulphur which will have a reduced staff of Customer Service Account Representatives on duty on January 2nd who will respond to any enquires received on that day.
