The CSCB is doing two surveys to help answer these questions. Our survey of importers/exporters is going well, with enough responses to make us very interested in what the outcome will be, and what the study will tell us about what business wants from customs brokers.

We are disappointed that we have had so few responses to our survey of members. To those of you who have already responded, our heartfelt thank you.  To those of you who have started and left the survey, or those who have not yet opened it, what you have to say is important. A few minutes of your time could make a difference to your understanding of your business future and to the effectiveness of the CSCB in helping to support your business needs. If you have not yet completed and submitted the CSCB customs broker industry survey, please do so today.

The link to the survey has been emailed to all CSCB Members using our list of principal contacts. The deadline has been extended to Friday, March 10, 2017.
