Customer Requests for CN Intermodal Reservations

The following message is from CN.

Please note that CN is increasing the number of export reservations available to shipments cutting off during the week of ingate. This will provide additional opportunities for customers with cut-off traffic to secure their preferred ingate date. These opportunities will be available to reservation requests received prior to 10:00 Eastern time, two business days prior to ingate day.

Customers unable to secure a reservation on their preferred day for non cut-off traffic may request an alternate date, or request to be placed on the waitlist. Unused capacity will be made available after 10:00, two business days in advance. This additional capacity will be offered to those customers on the waitlist.
