Customs Broker Professional Examination

Information announcing the forthcoming Customs Broker Professional Examination is available on the CCRA web site, at the following address:

As members were notified on 1 October, this examination will be held on Monday, 9 December 2002. Candidates who wish to write this examination must submit a completed Form L55, Application for Customs Brokers Examination, and include the exam fee of $200 via a cheque made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada”.

Only the first 125 applicants with properly completed applications will be accepted to write this year’s Professional Examination. Exam fees from these applicants are non-refundable and their candidacy will not be deferred to a future examination. Exam fee payments from candidates who are not included in the first 125 applicants will be returned to them.

Applications must be received at the below-mentioned address by Thursday, 7 November 2002. Late applications will not be accepted.
