D15-1-91, Whole Potatoes Originating in or Exported From the United States of America

This memorandum refers to the application of anti-dumping duty to importations of whole potatoes originating in or exported from the United States of America (U.S.) for use or consumption in the province of British Columbia (British Columbia), pursuant to section 3 of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), as a result of findings or orders of injury by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (Tribunal).

A new “Additional Information” section has been added to provide contact details for the Canada Border Services Agency’s Border Information Service.
