This memorandum refers to the application of anti-dumping duty in accordance with section 3 of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) to importations of certain liquid dielectric transformers originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea, as a result of a finding of injury by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (Tribunal).

1. The proceedings and findings section has been updated to reflect a referral back to the CBSA by the Federal Court of Appeal and a New Final Determination issued by the CBSA.
2. The anti-dumping duty rate for which the exporter has not been issued specific normal values has been revised to 101% as a result of the New Final Determination.
