CBSA has issued a communiqué for highway and rail carriers, or their agents, that post-arrival amendments to certain cargo and conveyance data cannot be made electronically and will require manual amendment using form BSF673 – Highway and Rail Cargo and Conveyance Post Arrival Manual Correction Request Form.

This information will also be communicated to the trade community at large through the eManifest pages of the CBSA Web site.
