Export of beef and pork by-products to China

Please be advised that the export certification requirements for beta agonist free beef certification and the requirements applicable to pork by-product for export to China have been updated.

The changes have been made in the Meat e-Certification System.

In addition, Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures will be updated soon in the Introduction (Annex V) and the Special Requirements by Export Markets – China (subsections 11.7.3.1, 11.7.3.2.2 (d) and 11.7.3.3) sections.
