Fish/Seafood Export Certification Requirements - Belarus

The Canadian Food Insepction Agency cannot issue any type of fish export certificate to Belarus unless the exporter was able to obtain an export permit from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (DFAIT).

Exporters are to contact the Export Controls Division, of DFAIT before making arrangements to export any goods from Canada to Belarus to obtain an export permit under the authority of the Export and Import Permits Act. DFAIT will review all applications for permits to export items to Belarus on a case-by-case basis.
