Following is a message from Transport Canada. Anyone is welcome to attend their workshops.

As a Transport Canada client, we invite you to participate in an interactive workshop to help us develop fast and secure online services. The workshop will focus on authorization services (regulatory certificates, permits and licences).

There are two options for you to participate. Please register for one of the two workshops:

1. A full day in-person workshop in Ottawa on September 14, 2016 from 9am to 4pm EST.
   • The bilingual workshop facilitator will deliver this workshop in English, and encourage participants to use the official language of their choice.
   • Transport Canada will not cover any travel expenses related to attending the workshop.  
2. An online workshop via Web-Ex (virtual) on September 21, 2016 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm EST.
   • The bilingual workshop facilitator will deliver this workshop in English, and encourage participants to use the official language of their choice.

Workshop Agenda

Participants will help Transport Canada:

• Understand client experiences with our current service delivery methods;
• Identify opportunities to improve our service delivery;
• Identify client/delegate needs, wants and requirements for our online services;
• Prioritize features for our online services.
