IID ECCRD Addendum 3 - Revised

July 29, 2016

The CBSA has provided a revised version of the IID ECCRD v2.1 Addendum 3.

The April 2016 version of Addendum 3 to the IID ECCRD v2.1 indicated the following change to Addendum 2:

(Appendix A) The remark regarding wood packaging at the bottom of p72 should be replaced with: If the submitter of the IID is aware of any wood packaging, wood dunnage or wooden supports in the shipment, processing exception 56 is to be provided within a CBSA-qualified RCS segment to indicate this. Providing this indicator is an attestation that the wood packaging is compliant with ISPM-15.has been revised to delete the following text from page

The June 2016 revision of Addendum 3 undoes this change and the wording in Addendum 2 remains in place.

CBSA and CFIA are working together to come up with the new wording and any changes will be included in future versions of the SWI ECCRD.
