Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing

On 19 November the CBSA notified the CITT that it had terminated its investigation respecting the dumping and subsidizing of outdoor barbeques originating in or exported from the PRC, pursuant to subsection 41(1) of the SIMA. In light of the CBSA’s notice, the Tribunal is canceling its public hearing scheduled to start on 22 November 2004.
