CBSA has published a new D Memorandum, D17-2-4, on the preparation and presentation of blanket B2s. The CBSA did not ask for feedback on a draft version of this memorandum; however, they have agreed that they will review comments that are provided post-publication.

We understand that not all regions process blanket B2s in the same manner. If you are aware of a good practice that is not included in this D Memorandum, or have any other comments regarding this new memorandum, we’d like to hear from you.
