Notice of Initiation of Investigations - Certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated investigations, on August 28, 2015, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China. The investigations follow a complaint filed by EVRAZ Inc. NA Canada (Regina, Saskatchewan) and Canadian National Steel Corporation (Camrose, Alberta) (collectively “Evraz”), and Tenaris Global Services (Canada) Inc. (Calgary, Alberta), Algoma Tubes Inc. (Sault Ste Marie, Ontario), and Prudential ULC (Calgary, Alberta) (collectively “Tenaris Canada”).
