SIMA - Preliminary Determination Respecting Certain Adult Incontinence Briefs
 
The President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has made a preliminary determination of dumping pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) with respect to certain adult incontinence briefs originating in or exported from France.
 
The goods in question are usually classified under the 4818.40.20.00 Harmonized System classification number.
 
Provisional duty will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after February 20, 2007.
