Progress Report on the Smart Border Declaration
Deputy Prime Minister John Manley and Tom Ridge, White House Homeland Security Advisor, today finalized and released a progress report on the Smart Border Declaration and its companion 30-point Action Plan. Taking place at Niagara Falls, Ontario, this was their fourth face-to-face meeting to discuss border issues since last fall.
