This document comprises a letter from the Honourable Ralph Goodale, PC, MP, Minister of Finance, directing the CITT to inquire into and report on the availability of textile inputs produced by Canadian textile manufacturers for use in the production of apparel. This information will be used to focus tariff relief on textile inputs not currently produced in Canada.
