Restricted Movement of Empties to Vanterm

The following message is from CN’s vice-president of intermodal.

In order to improve velocity of export moves to Vanterm, IMX will be restricting volume moved this weekend to loaded export containers only originating from CN's inland terminals.

We will be closely monitoring this situation and will advise when improvements allow movement of empty containers and/or railcars.
